Frequently Asked Questions
Fast answers to the questions our pre-sales engineers get most often.
What is the typical manufacturing and assembly lead time?
For prototypes, average lead time is 7 to 10 business days. Larger production runs depend on complexity, and we provide a detailed timeline after technical review.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is only 5 units for PCB and PCBA, allowing flexibility for both prototypes and low-volume production.
Which file formats do you need for design and assembly?
We accept Gerber (RS-274X), ODB++, and native Altium, Eagle, or KiCad files. For assembly, we also need BOM and Pick & Place files.
Do you provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) review?
Yes. We provide free DFM review for all designs. Our engineers identify potential production issues and suggest improvements before manufacturing starts.
Which quality certifications support production?
We work with facilities audited under IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001, together with AOI, X-ray, and ICT quality controls for full traceability.
What testing methods do you run?
We perform AOI, X-ray inspection for BGAs and hidden components, ICT, and functional testing based on your specifications.
What protection options do you offer for PCBAs?
We offer acrylic, silicone, urethane, and epoxy conformal coating to protect PCBAs from humidity, dust, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
